3. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to your enquiry, arrange callbacks or counselling, coordinate courses and workshops, assess job applications, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, resolve complaints, and protect the website against misuse. We use analytics, when enabled, to understand website performance and improve the visitor experience.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent, steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate business interests where permitted. Optional marketing requires the permission required by applicable law. Submitting an enquiry does not give blanket permission for unrelated promotions.
4. Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp enquiries
If you submit an AI Scholars lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we use the information you submit to respond to the offer or request shown on that form. We may contact you by telephone, email, or WhatsApp as appropriate to your request and the permissions you provide. We do not sell Meta lead information or use it for purposes inconsistent with the form notice and your permissions.
Any service provider handling those enquiries on our behalf must use the information only to provide the agreed service. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram password through an enquiry. Our website enquiry forms do not require Facebook Login.
Meta independently processes information when you use its services. See the Meta Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Contact us to stop AI Scholars marketing messages, or reply STOP to a marketing message where replies are supported. Necessary responses to an active request or service may still be sent.
7. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, recruitment process, enrolment, or service concerned, and for applicable accounting, legal, dispute-resolution, and security needs. The appropriate period depends on the record and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised; backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and systems involved. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Our service providers may process information outside India; where required, we apply the safeguards and restrictions required by applicable law.
8. Your choices and data deletion requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, stop marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Additional rights may apply under the law relevant to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
- Email info@aischolars.in with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request, or contact us using the details below.
- Provide the name and email address or phone number used in your enquiry or application. Mention whether it came through our website, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and an approximate submission date if known. Do not send passwords or full identity documents.
- We may request limited additional information to verify that the records belong to you. We will review and respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason for retaining particular records.
These instructions also apply to information received through Meta lead forms and messages. Deleting information held by AI Scholars does not delete information held independently by Meta or other platforms; use their privacy controls for those records. If your concern remains unresolved, you may approach the competent authority where applicable.
9. Children and parent or guardian involvement
Some programmes may interest learners under 18. A parent or legal guardian should contact us and oversee any enquiry, enrolment, or payment for a minor. We do not knowingly collect children’s information without the authorisation required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
10. Policy updates and privacy contact
We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent for material changes.
