The website is operated by AI Scholars Pvt. Ltd., trading as AI Scholars, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By using this website, you agree to the terms applicable to that use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for any organisation you represent. A parent or legal guardian must approve and enter any paid agreement on behalf of a learner under 18.

An enquiry, callback request, application, advertisement, or website listing does not itself confirm admission, employment, a seat, or a service contract. Paid engagements require confirmation of the relevant scope, fees, and conditions. A separately accepted enrolment agreement or service proposal takes priority for its specific subject matter, subject to mandatory law.

Course content, duration, schedules, delivery mode, eligibility, fees, assessment, and certificate requirements are confirmed for the relevant programme before enrolment. Attendance, participation, assignments, and assessments may be required for completion. We will communicate material changes affecting an enrolled programme and discuss appropriate alternatives or remedies.

Career assistance, interview preparation, internships, and project experience do not guarantee employment, salary, placement, admission, or business results. Any specific written commitment must be read with its stated eligibility and conditions. Degrees, recognition, admissions, examinations, and awards are subject to the relevant awarding institution’s rules; website guidance does not itself confer a degree or accreditation.

Project deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, pricing, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, support, confidentiality, and intellectual-property ownership must be set out in the accepted proposal or contract. Changes to scope, integrations, content, or timelines may require revised fees and dates. Clients must provide lawful content, approvals, access, and required permissions in time.

Third-party hosting, APIs, software, ad platforms, and licences have their own terms, availability, and charges. Advertising spend is separate from service fees unless expressly included. AI-generated output can contain errors and should be reviewed before use in important decisions or public materials.

The applicable fee, taxes, instalments, third-party charges, cancellation conditions, and refund eligibility will be provided in writing before a paid commitment. Please ask for those details if they are missing. Website enquiries are free and do not authorise a charge.

To request cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund, contact AI Scholars with your name, programme or project, payment reference, and reason. Requests are assessed under the terms disclosed and accepted for that purchase and applicable law. Any approved amount, deductions, and processing timeframe will be communicated in writing. These website terms do not create a blanket non-refundable-fee rule or remove statutory consumer remedies.

Do not use the website to submit false or unlawful material, impersonate others, send spam, upload malicious files, infringe rights, access systems without permission, or interfere with the website or other users. Submit personal information about someone else only if you have appropriate authority. Do not include passwords, bank-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in enquiry forms or resumes.

You retain rights in material you submit and permit us to process it as needed to respond to your request, assess your application, or perform an agreed service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a resume does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

Website text, branding, graphics, and learning materials belong to AI Scholars or their respective licensors. You may view the website for personal use or legitimate evaluation of our services. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of protected material requires the rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law. Rights in paid project deliverables and any licence to training materials are governed by the relevant written agreement. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Separate marketing communications are subject to the permissions required by law. You can ask us to stop marketing at any time; necessary service communications may continue.

Our offers and services are provided by AI Scholars. Use of Meta platforms does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or verification by Meta. Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Any promotion must be read together with its specific offer terms.
